Exterior paint on the trim is complete and the gutters were installed today 3.14.25 (and an exterior light). We met with the landscaper yesterday and the retaining walls will likely be installed next week, weather permitting. Rain is the forecast next week, so gutters will get an early test. Insulation could go in next week too. So much activity every day.
