Landscaping Post 1 of 3
The landscaping is underway on this HOT start to the week. 6.23.25
Cape lots are all sand as seen here from before the foundation was poured:
Now the loam is being brought in by the truckload and spread over the whole property. Foundation plantings are in and some rhododendrons along the driveway.
The irrigation system is not yet installed, as the well needs to be dug later this week. drip sprinklers are in place to keep the plants hydrated. Here are some photos of the foundation plantings, including the new hydrangeas that are a Cape Cod necessity and we love them!
For privacy we have a wall of arborvitaes between us and the home we are living in during construction. More coming between our property and the other neighbors soon. Photos from both vantage points in the same day. Chatham fog in the am and sun in the pm.
Coming soon… the Bocce Court! and a lot of sod.
