All of the basement walls are now formed and we are ready to pour the foundation. It is amazing to see the base of the house take shape. It also helps us visualize how/where the house is situated on the lot. It looks like we will definitely get pond views from the second floor of the house and maybe from the first floor too (in the winter months after the leaves have fallen). Time will tell.
