Today the first shipment of lumber arrived on site. The foundation of the house is complete and the garage is marked off. We met with the team today and they mapped out the order of events. Framing is set to commence tomorrow. The garage will be tied in as they go and the septic still needs to be installed. With the tight shape of the lot, it is a bit of a puzzle for them to map out the order of events and be able to maneuver equipment, as once the full house and garage is in place, there is limited space to get the larger trucks around to the back. 11/5/24
