The polar vortex continues to kick off 2025 with temperatures feeling like single digits. The nearby pond is starting to freeze over. The plumber has set up some temporary heaters to get to work in the basement. The house is filled with PVC pipes and fittings and the ductwork for the heating system is arriving. The house is filled with these materials. See photos below. 1/7/25
We are reviewing plans for the built-ins (kitchen and bathroom cabinets, coffee bar, fireplace mantle, etc.). Once approved by us these plans get sent over to the shop for manufacture. The pace has picked up in January with lots of activity, decisions, moving parts. We will try to keep up with updates.
