The staircases are in place with balusters and railings installed. With the stairs complete and trim all installed, today they sanded the floors 5.29.25. More updates to come once we can get back inside when it is safe to walk on the floors again.
Still to come: countertops, paint, appliances, plumbing fixtures & finishes, lighting. electrical finishes, landscaping… many moving parts. Still aiming for September completion.
